Passionflower is renowned for its ability to unwind stressful circular patterns of thinking that cause some insomnia. Scientists believe passionflower works by increasing levels of a chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA lowers the activity of some brain cells, making you feel more relaxed. Skullcap is a century-old comforting nerve tonic and relaxant that eases tension & helps with exhaustion. Infusion

Infuse 1 Tbsp or a bit over 1 gram of tea into 250 ml water at 100°C for 5 min (1^st infusion) and 6 mins (2^nd infusion) Perfect iced tea or cold brew.
