Running Gently with Indigenous Women Outdoors

We've had a lovely summer so far to rest, nourish & get out on the nunak (land) before our busy fall/winter. Summer is when we get time to recharge with Family & Friends. We teacraft on a more flexible schedule so it takes a little bit more time .. we appreciate your patience. It is definitely iced tea weather! Lately i have been trail running a lot and started to lead trail runs with our IWO Community.

Check out this amazing project with IWO ( Indigenous Women Outdoors) Community i am a part of, where we lead Indigenous Women Outdoors on trail runs after doing an amazing mentorship with our lead Melissa Arnott. Running Gently is a joint project IWO, Protect our Winters & The North Face. There is a beautiful blog where we share stories and ways for all who recreate to learn, respect & connect intentionally to the land. To listen, create access and representation to share the voices & stories. We love the land and hope it inspires a deeper meaningful connection to help protect our Mother. We're also thrilled to share our new FSC certified recycled paper labels that just arrived, so you will see these in some shops and for online orders. We tried an amazing new bag that is plant based and recyclable from Grounded which we loved but had some issues with tearing and listened to feedback so we unfortunately changed back to a regular one until a better options comes up. We keep searching and hope soon!

Additionally, we're eager to unveil new offerings for the upcoming Fall season that will be available online. These have been a longtime coming since before 2020 so it is really exciting to work towards this. We won't reveal too much, but we're excited! Some will be for time spent out on the land, some to cozy up to and botanical remedies for wellness. We will keep in touch.

Lastly, we appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to serving you even better.

Nakummesuak! Thank you very much!
