Cédric Gervais grew up as a guest settler on Pekuakamiulnuatsh Innu territories of Saguenay, Québec.Growing up his family shared with him the love of wild game, gathering berries, wild nuts and fishing. He is a passionate home brewer of foraged botanical ales. He loves cooking, gathering, home brewing, the Habs and outdoors adventures. As a life partner & Teacrafter of Ranger Tea.
