Breathing Blossoms tisane is our seasonal support tisane with mountain botanicals respectfully gathered throughout the year. It can be used any time of year of course. We teacrafted this one for you and for our family in mind. We can live well through the seasons, embracing pollen: through food, lifestyle, management, stress release, and of course herbal allies. We feel your discomfort so we made this anti-inflammatory botanical brew with this in heart. Each potent herb has a brief story below to help educate on how they support bodies in multiple ways together.

Gathered Botanicals
Goldenrod is a premier soothing tisane to help support the beneficial flow. We gather Goldenrod late summer/fall, high in the mountains meadows. We share this beautiful botanicals with key pollinators in a deeply respectful way for both plants, and pollinators and for wellness use.
Pearly Everlasting is a premier botanical botanical ally during shifting seasons.
Paunnaq (Fireweed) is a soothing botanical for the gut health that requires more nourishing support. Fireweed is high in mucilage for your gut health. Paunnaq is a traditional botanical of my Ancestors and is used for many ailments as a food and medicine.
Organic Botanicals
Stinging Nettles is a natural soothing for sensitivities to pollen. It is so nourishing and soothing as a food and as a tisane. Greens that grow in the spring to help support in Spring season transition.
Dandelion Leaf is for much-needed spring liver support as we all know it does so much on a daily that it needs some care too as we help guide our bodies to a more soothing spring transition.
Horehound is a bitter mint and has properties to thin and move mucus secretions. It is an olden botanical that is a potent bitter so a little goes a long way for benefits.
Yarrow is a queen of herbs for the many amazing benefits she offers. She is harmonizing,reconciling and perfect for transitions times.
Hawthorn Leaf cool & astringent botanical to nourish the heart and we all need some self-love. It offers energetic support when we need it most.
Marshmallow Root contains high amounts of mucilage which supports the whole body.It is one of our favourites to soothe and ease.
Ginger is a digestive ally that helps absorb curcumin from Turmeric. Ignites digestive fire to better absorb & eliminate.
Turmeric is an ancient spice powerhouse to bring the system back to normal functioning.
Astragalus is a key botanical to boosts immunity when feeling run down by pollen sensitivities because let’s face its hard on our bodies and we could all use a little help to cope.
Tulligunnak (Rhodiola) adaptogen bolsters the body resistance to stress both physical and mental. Tulligunnak ancestral botanical used by Inuit for wellness for millennia to improve resilience. Improves overall body function to adapt and cope while improving brain and physical performance.
Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic Adaptogen that promotes longevity, vitality, and happiness. It is grounding, calming, and nourishing for overall wellness.

ORIGIN
Respectfully gathered botanicals from Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh and L̓il̓wat7úl territories and carefully sourced organic botanicals from around the globe.
INFUSION
Infuse 1 Tbsp. or 1.5g - 1.8g of Soothing Spring tisane in 250 ml water at 100°C for 5 -15 minutes. Sip 3 cups a day. A 50g bag will yield around 28 cups.
INGREDIENTS
Organic ingredients: Nettles, Turmeric, Ginger, Dandelion Leaf, Hawthorn Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola (Tulligunnak ), Astragalus root, Horehound and Yarrow.
