Infusion

Use 4-5g in a small teapot (200ml) or Gaiwan with water at 90c,

Infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat several times until the flavor and aroma of the tea dissipates. As the tea leaves unfurl, the brewing time may increase to extract more aroma and flavor.
