Assam black tea & organic spices from India, Tulsi is grown locally and Cardamom from Guatemala

Infusion

1 Tbsp of tea to 250 ml of fresh boiled water at 100°C infused for 5 to 15 min or slowly simmered to extract the full detoxifying and warming benefits of spices.
